*There is no additional fee or interest accrued if you choose to use the payment plan to pay for your season tickets. The first payment is due at the time of purchase and must be made via credit card. The remaining payments will be automatically charged to that same credit card on subsequent dates. Available payment plan options will be presented to you during checkout.

Upgrades & Exchanges
Seating upgrades and ticket exchanges are subject to availability. The ability to exchange individual shows will begin shortly after the upgrade window. Exchanges must be completed no later than 48 hours prior to your performance or by 4pm on Friday for weekend performances. In some cases, a show may require exchanges to be completed at least 72 hours prior to your ticketed performance. The difference in price is due at the time of the exchange or upgrade if moving into a higher priced performance or seating location. When exchanging into less expensive seating locations, the difference in price will be refunded to your original method of purchase or issued as a credit to your account. New members (including any members who are not renewing from the previous season), will incur a $5.00 per ticket exchange service fee during their first season. Renewing subscribers will not incur this exchange service fee.

Terms & Conditions
Music Hall shows are presented by Broadway Across America; Kauffman Center shows are presented by The American Theatre Guild. Season Memberships, and all tickets and additional tickets purchased under any membership, are subject to the Broadway Across America® Standard Season Subscription Terms and Conditions and the PNC Broadway in Kansas City offer details. By purchasing a Season Membership, you agree to such terms and conditions. All patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket. All sales final, no refunds. We do not support the reselling of these tickets above face value through any means other than through authorized reselling programs of the KC Broadway Series. Doing so will constitute a breach of these Season Subscription Terms and Conditions. Account Holders who violate this rule may be subject to revocation of their purchasing status and seats.
HEALTH PROTOCOLS: Health and safety protocols may be in effect for these performances; you will be notified of any protocols in advance of your performance. All ticket holders are required to comply.
AUTOMATIC RENEWAL: All members will be automatically renewed into the 2026/2027 season and beyond risk free (billed annually on the schedule you chose when purchasing this season) at the then-current subscription price using a valid credit card on file. A valid email address and credit card are required on your Broadway Account. You can cancel your membership within 30 days following the season announcement date to receive a full refund by either (i) clicking on the link provided in the season announcement email and following the instructions; (ii) logging into your account and following the directions provided; or (iii) calling our service center.
RENEWAL DEADLINE: If we are unable to automatically renew your season tickets for the 2025/2026 Season, you must log in to your Broadway account and pay your renewal invoice no later than 11:59 pm on Monday, March 10th, 2025 to keep your seats. Any requests for adjustments to the standard season subscription benefits or show offerings must be completed by Monday, March 10th, 2025 and are limited to one request per subscription account per season. After the deadline, only the benefits associated with the season subscription package will be offered. subscription package will be offered.

PRICING TOTAL: The price of each subscription seat reflects the face value of your tickets, $70.50 in processing fees, $24.75 (6-shows) or $28.75 (7-shows) or $32.75 (8-shows) in facility fees, and 10.975% sales tax per seat. The price of each membership reflects the face value of the tickets included in the package (inclusive of applicable season member discounts), all service charges, handling fees, facility fees and applicable sales tax. Gold Circle subscription price includes a $25 handling fee.
Donor Circle members include a $30 donation to Staging The Future for each seat purchased. Donor Circle members receive priority access to premium seat locations, available only to the members, prior to tickets being placed on sale to the general public.

There is a nine (9) ticket limit per account, billing address or credit card. Orders that exceed this limit will be canceled without notice, including multiple orders with the same account, billing address or credit card.
PNC Broadway in Kansas City offers a diverse selection of arts and entertainment. Not all productions may be appropriate for all ages. Patrons are encouraged to familiarize themselves with shows offered to make informed decisions prior to purchasing a season subscription. GROUPS: Tickets purchased through the Broadway Across America® Group Sales service, are subject to the Group Sales Ticket Terms and Conditions. By purchasing tickets through the Broadway Across America® Group Sales service, you agree to such Terms and Conditions.

Tickets purchased as part of packages for nine or more guests are subject to the Broadway Across America Group Sales Ticket Terms and Conditions. By purchasing packages of nine tickets or more from Broadway Across America, you agree to such Terms and Conditions.
MEMBER SAVINGS: Savings were calculated by comparing the Subscriber ticket pricing (inclusive of all processing fees, facility fees, service charges, applicable taxes, and Select membership fees, if applicable) versus day-of-show single ticket pricing when ordered by phone or internet (inclusive of all processing fees, facility fees, service charges, and applicable taxes) for 2023/2024 season performances of Tina — The Tina Turner Musical, To Kill a Mockingbird, Clue, Girl from the North Country, MJ, and Moulin Rouge! The Musical at the Music Hall and Kauffman Center. Member savings are less when compared to single ticket buyers who purchase at the box office window without paying processing fees and service charges. For this calculation, member processing fees, service charges and any applicable per seat subscription fees are prorated according to the number of shows in the 2023/2024 basic season subscription package. This calculation does not factor in any Season Add-Ons. 24-25 season members saved up to $149.05 off compared to day-of-show pricing.
TEXT MESSAGE OFFERS: American Theatre Guild (“ATG”) offers a text messaging program through which each participant may receive SMS or MMS text message alerts regarding offers and promotions. Opting in to receive text messages is NOT required to complete your purchase. If you wish to cancel your enrollment in text updates, reply “STOP” at any time. Messages will be sent periodically and only between 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. CT. The American Theatre Guild will not distribute information to any external parties. Standard messaging fees and data rates apply.
SEASON EXPANSION: WICKED is currently not available to purchase, 2025-26 Season Members will have first access to tickets. Additional purchase is required, and all seating is subject to availability at the time of purchase. Seats for Wicked must be paid in full at the time of purchase and are not eligible for the Payment Plan. Ticket prices for Wicked includes a $4.00 facility fee and 10.975% sales tax per ticket.
CANCELLATION: If you want to avoid charges for a 2025/2026 season membership, you must cancel your automatic renewal by Thursday, February 20, 2025 by contacting us by phone at 800.278.4447 (M-F, 10am-5pm) or filling out this form. If your cancellation request is received after February 20, 2025, but before April 1, 2025 a full refund will be issued to your credit card on file and your subscription will not be renewed.

SEASON MEMBER/PACKAGE FEES
The price of each subscription seat reflects the face value of the tickets included in the package (inclusive of applicable season member discounts), $65.50 in processing fees, $28.50 in facility fees and 10.975% sales tax per seat. All seating is subject to availability. Dates, shows, artists and times are subject to change due to the nature of touring productions.
GROUP TICKETS:
Group Tickets are all inclusive of ticket price, $4.25 per seat facility fee, and $4 per seat Groups Processing Fee.
ADDITIONAL TICKETS:
Subscriber additional tickets are all inclusive of ticket price, $4.25 per seat facility fee, and a $8 processing fee. Online tickets purchased will have an additional $4 per seat surcharge at purchase.
SINGLE TICKETS:
Tickets are all inclusive of ticket price, $8 per seat facility fee, and an $8 processing fee.
STAGING THE FUTURE DONATIONS:
The price of each Donor Circle subscription seat includes a $30.00 donation to Staging The Future program, which provides underserved community members access to live theatre and education opportunities.
