Dedicated to providing the experience of live theatre to foster passion, inspire creativity and empower youth within our communities!
Staging the Future is committed to supporting a culture of inclusion in which everyone feels welcomed, respected and valued. We believe that the performing arts can unite us and have an impact on the cultural vibrancy of our communities.
We believe that the performing arts play an important role in a student’s educational development and have far-reaching impacts on the student later in life. Research from the National Endowment of Arts, states that students involved in performing arts, perform better in Math and English and are 3 times more likely to earn a bachelor’s degree. Other student benefits include improvement in communication skills, self-esteem and confidence that they can use in school and later in their careers.
The Staging the Future education program reached over 18,000 underserved youth and community members this past season. With continued generosity, we can expand our impact even further each year. Our mission is made possible by the incredible support of donors, patrons, and sponsors like you.
Please consider giving the gift of a live theatre experience to deserving community members.
Our Staging the Future recipient list highlights the many schools, community organizations and groups that benefit from the program.
