CHICAGO runs roughly 2 hours and 30 minutes, including a 15-minute intermission.

The performance will begin promptly at the advertised curtain time. Latecomers will be held outside of the theater until the tour approved entrance time.

  • Scroll to the top of the screen and tap on the person icon on the right.
  • From this screen – enter your email address and password.
  • Once you are logged in, select the three bar icon in the top left of the screen.

  • Tap on your seats under ‘My Tickets’ at the bottom of the screen.
  • Tap ‘Add to [digital wallet]’ under the barcode that appears - this must be done for each ticket you wish to appear in your phone’s digital wallet.

Single Tickets

Log into your Ticketmaster account to view and download your tickets to your phone's mobile wallet before arriving at the venue. Your tickets will be scanned from your mobile wallet upon entry.

Parking

Parking Fee: $15 per vehicle on performance dates - credit cards only. There is no charge for parking during City Hall office hours.

A six level parking structure is located adjacent to the Bank of America Performing Arts Center. From the parking structure, The Fred Kavli Theatre is accessed by taking the elevator to Level 3, while the Scherr Forum Theatre is reached by taking the elevator to Level 3 and then taking either of the two Plaza elevators down to Level 2.

All patrons are subject to screening by BAPAC’s trained security personnel. This may include, but is not limited to, a visual inspection, a bag inspection, a metal detection inspection, and an interview. This list is subject to change.
