Shows in the 2026/2027 PNC Broadway in Kansas City season are currently only available as a 7 or 8-show package. Single tickets will go on sale later in 2026.

Can’t make a performance? As a Season Member you can easily exchange to another performance date or time of the same show, donate your tickets to our Staging the Future Educational Outreach program and receive a tax donation credit letter for your ticket(s) value. Only available online, you can donate your tickets to VetTix or resell your tickets through your account. Please note that the resell option is only available for shows performing at the Music Hall. Kauffman Center tickets cannot be resold through Ticketmaster.

Upgrades & Exchanges
Exchanges must be made at least 72 hours in advance of the show and are subject to availability at the time of the exchange. Some restrictions may apply. Touring companies may limit the number of exchanges. No refunds or credit if you exchange into a less expensive performance or section. The difference in price must be paid if exchanging into a higher priced performance or seating location. Exchanges are available during the Season Member Presale. Upgrade charges may apply. Tickets are subject to additional fees.
There is a nine (9) ticket limit per account, billing address, or credit card. Orders that exceed this limit will be canceled without notice, including multiple orders with the same account, billing address, or credit card. All patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket. We do not support the reselling of these tickets above face value through any means other than through authorized reselling programs of Broadway In Kansas City Series. Doing so will constitute a breach of these Season Subscription Terms and Conditions. Account Holders who violate this rule may be subject to revocation of their purchasing status and seats.

Terms & Conditions
Season Subscriptions, and all Tickets and Additional Tickets purchased under any Subscription, are subject to the Broadway Across America® Standard Season Subscription Terms and Conditions and the full 2026/2027 PNC Broadway in Kansas City season offer details. Package prices and details will vary each season. By purchasing a Season Ticket Package, you agree to all such Terms and Conditions. If you cancel before the cutoff date from the email, you won’t be charged. After that date, you’ll get a full refund, provided that the request is made within the 30-day window.
Music Hall shows are presented by Broadway Across America; Kauffman Center shows are presented by The American Theatre Guild. Season Memberships, and all tickets and additional tickets purchased under any membership, are subject to the Broadway Across America® Standard Season Subscription Terms and Conditions and the American Theatre Guild Subscriber Terms and Conditions. By purchasing a Season Membership, you agree to such terms and conditions. All patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket. All sales are final, no refunds. We do not support the reselling of these tickets above face value through any means other than through authorized reselling programs of the KC Broadway Series. SHOW ADVISORY
PNC Broadway in Kansas City offers a diverse selection of arts entertainment. Not all productions may be appropriate for all ages. Patrons are encouraged to familiarize themselves with shows offered to make informed decisions prior to purchasing tickets.
SAVINGS
*Savings were calculated from the 2024-2025 season by comparing the member ticket pricing (inclusive of all handling fees, facility fees, service charges, applicable taxes, and per seat premium subscription fees, if applicable) for OPENING Platinum price level versus day of-show individual ticket pricing when ordered by phone or internet (inclusive of all handling fees, facility fees, service charges, and applicable taxes) for previous performances at the Kansas City Music Hall and Kauffman Center.
SEASON TICKET PRICE
The price of each subscription seat reflects the face value of the tickets included in the package (inclusive of applicable season member discounts), $70.50 in processing fees, $28.50 in facility fees and 10.975% sales tax per seat. Diamond and Platinum Seat Members pay a $25 Premium Seat Fee. Diamond members pay $30 donation to support Staging the Future program, which provides underserved community members access to live theatre and education opportunities.
PACKAGE TOTAL: The price of each subscription seat reflects the face value of your tickets, $70.50 in processing fees, $28.75 (7-shows) or $32.75 (8-shows) in facility fees, and 10.975% sales tax per seat.
The 7-Show package does not include SIX. Additional purchase is required.
AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
You will be automatically renewed each season into a full membership package. Package prices and details will vary each season. Your credit card will be charged the then-current subscription price annually or in installments (if you’re on a plan). You have 30 days from the date of the season announcement to cancel the renewal via the cancellation link in the email or in your online account or calling/emailing us. If you cancel before the charge date from the email, you won’t be charged. After that date, we’ll refund you if you make the request within the 30-day window. A valid credit card and email are required.
SEASON ADD-ON DISCLAIMER
The 7-Show package does not include SIX. Additional purchase is required.
SIX is currently only available to purchase as an add-on to the PNC Broadway in Kansas City Season. Later this year, Season Members may exchange into another performance date and time of the same show. Upgrade charges may apply. Tickets are subject to additional fees.
WAITLIST
Joining the waitlist for notification about the 2026/2027 season subscription going on sale does not guarantee access to purchase a season subscription package.
RENEWAL DEADLINE
If we are unable to automatically renew your season subscription for the 2026/2027 season, you must log in to your Broadway account and pay your renewal invoice no later than Friday, March 6, 2026 to keep your seats. Any requests for adjustments to the standard membership benefits or show offerings must be completed by Friday, March 6, 2026 and are limited to one request per season membership account per season. After the deadline, only the benefits associated with the season membership will be offered.
SAFE TICKET BUYING
Please note: BroadwayInKC.com, Ticketmaster.com, https://www.kauffmancenter.org/, and the Kansas City Music Hall Box Office are the only official sources for tickets to shows in the 2026/2027 Broadway in Kansas City Season. If you purchase tickets through another source, you may pay inflated prices, and your tickets will not be guaranteed.
GROUPS
Tickets purchased through the Broadway Across America® Group Sales service, are subject to the Group Sales Ticket Terms and Conditions. By purchasing tickets through the Broadway Across America® Group Sales service, you agree to such Terms and Conditions.
Subject to availability. Discounts and ticket minimum vary per production, performance, and price level. Note - Group pricing is based on 10+ and includes all handling fees.
SINGLE TICKETS

Tickets purchased for individual shows for groups of nine or fewer guests are subject to the Broadway Across America® Standard Ticket Terms and Conditions. By purchasing a ticket from Broadway Across America, you agree to the applicable Terms and Conditions.
TEXT MESSAGE OFFERS
American Theatre Guild (“ATG”) offers a text messaging program through which each participant may receive SMS or MMS text message alerts regarding offers and promotions. Opting in to receive text messages is NOT required to complete your purchase. If you wish to cancel your enrollment in text updates, reply “STOP” at any time. Music Hall: Tickets are all inclusive of ticket price, $4 per seat facility fee, a 10.975% sales tax, and an 18% Ticketmaster service charge.
