SWAPS AND EXCHANGES: The deadline to swap is Saturday, November 1 Limit 1 swap per season package. Swaps are subject to availability. Exchanges must be made at least 72 hours in advance of the show and are subject to availability at the time of the exchange. Some restrictions may apply. Touring companies may limit the number of swaps/exchanges. No refunds or credit if you swap/exchange into a less expensive performance or section. The difference in price must be paid if swapping/exchanging into a higher priced performance or seating location. Swaps and Exchanges are available during the Season Member Presale. We recommend you swap early, as show producers may apply limitations to the quantity or timeline of swap availability . Upgrade charges may apply. Tickets are subject to additional fees.
SEASON TICKET PRICE: Your season ticket price is based on your seat location and performance choice. Season ticket prices reflect the value of season show tickets presented by The American Theatre Guild including all discounts, user fees, handling, service charges and sales taxes where applicable. Seating is subject to availability. Dates, times, shows and artists are subject to change due to the nature of touring productions. All sales final, no refunds. Tickets are subject to additional fees.
There is a nine (9) ticket limit per account, billing address or credit card. Orders that exceed this limit will be canceled without notice, including multiple orders with the same account, billing address or credit card. All patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket. We do not support the reselling of these tickets above face value through any means other than through authorized reselling programs of Broadway In Santa Barbara Series. Doing so will constitute a breach of these Season Subscription Terms and Conditions. Account Holders who violate this rule may be subject to revocation of their purchasing status and seats.
Donor’s Circle memberships also include a $30 tax-deductible donation per each Season Membership seat to our Broadway series educational program.

SAVINGS: Savings were calculated by comparing the member ticket pricing (inclusive of all handling fees, facility fees, service charges, applicable taxes, and per seat premium subscription fees, if applicable)for OPENING Orch/Boxes/Ft Balc price level versus day of-show individual ticket pricing when ordered by phone or internet (inclusive of all handling fees, facility fees, service charges, and applicable taxes) for previous performances at the The Granada Theatre. Last year, season members saved up to $100 off compared to day-of-show pricing - that’s one show for FREE!*
Fee Transparency
SEASON MEMBER/ PACKAGE FEES:
The price of each subscription seat reflects the face value of the tickets included in the package (inclusive of applicable season member discounts), $62.00 in processing fees, $18.00 in facility fees and 3.8% credit card service charge per seat.. Donor and Gold Circle members pay a $30 premium seat fee. Donor Circle members donate $30 and Gold Circle-Gallery members donate $5 to Staging the Future.
STAGING THE FUTURE DONATIONS:
The price of each Donor Circle subscription seat includes a $30.00 donation, Gold, Emerald, Sapphire, and Gallery subscription seats include a $5.00 donation to Staging The Future program, which provides underserved community members access to live theatre and education opportunities.
