The Stranahan Theater provides Accessible Seating options in the front of the orchestra section on both the left and right side.  These areas allow guests to sit together and enjoy the wonderful shows we have to offer.  When calling the Box Office, please indicate that you would like to purchase Accessible Seating. Guest companions will be seated in padded chairs that are not regular theater seats. This allows us to configure the space efficiently to accommodate all ADA accessible guests.

Please note that Stranahan Theater does not have elevators and thus upper level seating is not available for those with disabilities.

SEASON TICKET PRICE: Your season ticket price is based on your seat location and performance choice. Season ticket prices reflect the value of season show tickets presented by The American Theatre Guild including all discounts, user fees, handling, service charges and sales taxes where applicable. Season Add-Ons are not part of the season package - additional purchase or swap is required. Seating is subject to availability. Dates, times, shows and artists are subject to change due to the nature of touring productions. All sales final, no refunds. Tickets are subject to additional fees. 

There is a nine (9) ticket limit per account, billing address or credit card. Orders that exceed this limit will be canceled without notice, including multiple orders with the same account, billing address or credit card. All patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket. We do not support the reselling of these tickets above face value through any means other than through authorized reselling programs of Broadway In Toledo Series. Doing so will constitute a breach of these Season Subscription Terms and Conditions. Account Holders who violate this rule may be subject to revocation of their purchasing status and seats.

The Broadway In Toledo Series does not censor performances nor make any guarantees of show content. We encourage parents to use their discretion when deciding if a show is appropriate for their child. Please visit our website at BroadwayInToledo.com to read more about our shows.

SAVINGS: Savings were calculated by comparing the member ticket pricing (inclusive of all handling fees, facility fees, service charges, applicable taxes, and per seat premium subscription fees, if applicable)for SUN EVE Donor Circle price level versus day of-show individual ticket pricing when ordered by phone or internet (inclusive of all handling fees, facility fees, service charges, and applicable taxes) for previous performances at the Stranahan Theater. Last year, season members saved up to $192.12 off compared to day-of-show pricing.

Upgrades & Exchanges Disclaimer: The deadline to swap is Friday, November 14, 2025. Limit 1 swap per season package. Swaps are subject to availability. Exchanges must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the show and are subject to availability at the time of the exchange. Some restrictions may apply. Touring companies may limit the number of swaps/exchanges. No refunds or credit if you swap/exchange into a less expensive performance or section. The difference in price must be paid if swapping/exchanging into a higher priced performance or seating location. Swaps and Exchanges are available during the Season Member Presale. We recommend you swap early, as show producers may apply limitations to the quantity or timeline of swap availability . Upgrade charges may apply. Tickets are subject to additional fees.

SEASON MEMBER/ PACKAGE FEES:

The price of each subscription seat reflects the face value of the tickets included in the package (inclusive of applicable season member discounts), $62.00 in processing fees, $15 in venue processing fees. $25.00 in facility fees and 3% credit card service charge per seat.. Donor and Gold Circle members pay a $30 premium seat fee. Donor Circle members donate $30 and Gold Circle - Gallery members donate $5 to Staging the Future.

STAGING THE FUTURE DONATIONS:

The price of each Donor Circle subscription seat includes a $30.00 donation, Gold, Emerald, Sapphire, and Gallery subscription seats include a $5.00 donation to Staging The Future program, which provides underserved community members access to live theatre and education opportunities.
